During a Facebook Live Event on May 7, we honored 115 middle and high school artists from throughout Clackamas County who participated in this year’s show. Two dozen juried awards were presented during the virtual ceremony which included scholarship money, virtual art classes, and tuition waivers amounting to over $500,000.
“We are enormously grateful to our event sponsors – Pacific Northwest College of Art, One River School of Art and Design, and Clackamas Community College – for stepping up to make such a generous investment in our promising students,” said Jada Rupley, Clackamas ESD superintendent. “We also appreciate the dedicated art teachers in our region who not only are nurturing their students’ talent, but inspiring a lifelong appreciation for the arts.”
