Our core values
Equity
Our commitment to equity, outlined above in our Strategic Compass, is central to our work. We are dedicated to providing leadership and services that model equitable best practices. We understand that systemic injustices exist, and work to recognize and interrupt systems that perpetuate disproportionate outcomes. Along with other tools and protocols, we use the Oregon Equity Lens as a guide to intentionally evaluate and analyze policies, decisions and service outcomes to ensure they are most beneficial to the school districts and community partners we serve.
