Board work session – leadership team dinner with the Board: 5:00-6:20 p.m.
The board work session – leadership team dinner with the board will be in person at the Clackamas ESD administrative offices for board and staff members. Remote access will be available for the audience.
Regular session: 6:30 p.m.
The board meeting will be conducted in a hybrid format. In-person seating is limited.

Requests from patrons to make comments in person must be submitted using the following instructions. All other audience members may attend by Zoom.
Public comments will be accepted after each meeting agenda has been published through 12:00 pm on the date of the meeting. Please review the meeting materials on BoardBook prior to submitting your comments and keep a copy of your comments. Please note that comments will be limited to 3 minutes.
Patrons may provide input in the following ways:
- Submit a written comment, or
- Sign up to address the Board of the Directors and share a comment in person or by Zoom during the meeting.
